A Pediatric Specialty Hospital is one of a handful of hospitals in the country that provides 24-hour rehabilitation and treatment services for seriously ill and injured children regardless of their family’s ability to pay. Children suffering from ailments such as brain injuries or complications due to premature birth come to Ranken Jordan after other hospitals have done all they can for them. Even when further recovery seems impossible, Ranken Jordan’s premier national model for pediatric care, specially designed facility and dedicated medical and therapy staff help more than 300 children each year make amazing new strides in healing. In addition to its inpatient services, the hospital now offers community programs and a comprehensive outpatient therapy program, featuring the only designated Pediatric Aquatic Therapy Pool in the region. Earlier this year, Gateway PGA Professionals in conjunction with the Gateway PGA Foundation, started a junior golf program for the patients of Ranken Jordan. This program has been incredibly successful in the first year. The children have enjoyed weekly clinics conducted by PGA Professionals and even spent an afternoon on the driving range at Glen Echo Country Club! Throughout the winter months the children will continue to work on their golf games with weekly clinics in the indoor recreation area known as "Warner's Corner."

Our Mission
To Enhance the Quality of Life for Individuals and Their Loved Ones Touched by a Terminal Illness
Providing Patient & Family Centered End-of-Life Care in Southern Illinois since 1981 When You Call Hospice of Southern Illinois Will Be There. We Listen, We Care

The First Tee is a not-for-profit organization that provides affordable access to golf and strives to instill in young people life-enhancing values such as honesty, integrity, sportsmanship and respect. The idea is to offer opportunities for improvement in the quality of life and create a platform where children can increase their potential for success.
The World Golf Foundation recognized the need for this type of educational youth organization when The First Tee was announced in November of 1997. Since its inception, The First Tee has had the active support of five of the world’s leading golf organizations – the PGA of America, Ladies Professional Golf Association, Augusta National Golf Club, PGA TOUR, and United States Golf Association. Additionally, The First Tee has succeeded in garnering the unprecedented support of the golf industry and others, including counties and cities that have donated land for the purpose of creating The First Tee golf-learning facilities.
The First Tee has a very bright future. The impact of The First Tee is assured because of the extraordinary commitment of the Chapter volunteers and staff combined with the local business and political leaders in each community who have embraced The First Tee.
OUR MISSION
To impact the lives of young people by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values and promote healthy choices through the game of golf.

The Lake of the Ozarks Junior Golf Association (LOJGA) has been serving the Lake of the Ozarks and 12 surrounding counties for nearly 20 years. We offer playing opportunities for all members at little or no cost at the majority of courses in the Lake area, a summer tournament program which culminates in a two-day Championship, instructional opportunities and College Scholarships for graduating seniors. The organization is Missouri State Tax Exempt and everyone that organizes the program are volunteers. The organization is run and managed by local PGA Golf Professionals and business leaders in the area. Over 100 youth ages 7 to 18 participate in our program annually and over $105,000 worth of scholarships have been awarded throughout the years. Your donation to the Gateway PGA Professionals participating in the Golf Marathon will go a long way to enhancing our Junior Program and enable us to continue to help High School Seniors with their higher education financial needs.
