Indiana Golf Charities Day 100 Holes in One Day

You can help

At some point in your life, someone took you to the golf course.  You remember the dew on the greens, the scent of freshly cut grass, and the chill of an early morning breeze.  They gave you a stance and a grip and you began to sense the soul of the game.  You were alone.  You were in full control of your destiny.  It was in your hands to create a masterpiece or a disaster, and there would be no one to credit or blame but yourself.  It was just you.  And it was then that you realized that you were a golfer, and you would never be the same.

Over the years you’ve found success on and off the course and in some way the game of golf has helped you reach the level of success you now enjoy; things like social skills, self-discipline, perseverance, patience, competitiveness, sportsmanship and, most of all, fair play.

The Indiana Golf Foundation needs your help to make sure that the kids in Indiana have the same opportunity you had to learn this great game and the inherent life lessons it provides.

Indiana Golf Charities Day is a state-wide effort to raise $200,000 for the Indiana Golf Foundation and local charities across Indiana through golf marathons (playing 100 holes in 1 day). Seventy percent of the total amount each golfer raises will stay with the Indiana Golf Foundation and thirty percent will be given back to a local charity of the golfer’s choice.

The Indiana Golf Foundation is asking for your help by supporting a golf marathon in your community to help the youth in Indiana discover the great game of golf.
