Dear Friend,
I am requesting your assistiance. I have committed to participate in the 2012 PGA Golf Day; which means I will play 118 holes of golf, all in one day, one ball, and one hole at a time. I will be playing on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at Longbow Golf Club.
PGA Golf Day was established in 2009 by local PGA Club Professionals to raise money for Special Olympics Arizona and the SWSPGA Foundation.
Our charities:
Special Olympics Arizona provides year-round sports training and athletic competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
The SWSPGA Foundation is the 11-year-old, non-profit arm of the Southwest Section PGA. The SWSPGA Foundation has generously contributed to the community and charities like Junior Golf, The HEALing House, The Real Gift Foundation, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, SAARC, Arizona Autism Coalition, the 9/11 Relief Fund, Habitat for Humanity, American Red Cross, and Phoenix Children's Hospital.
Please help me in this endeavor by sponsoring me by the hole for $1, $2, $5 or whatever you can. I have sponsored myself for $1 per hole or $100 and best of all, your pledge is 100% tax deductible. My personal goal this year is $10,000.
I'm calling on you this year to pledge your support as we strive to reach a goal of $200,000 for Special Olympics Arizona and the SWSPGA Foundation.
