Dear Friend,
Here I go again! I am playing on October 27th in the NCPGA Foundation's Charity Golf Challenge to raise money for Alzheimer's research via Nantz National Alzheimer Center. As most of you know, my father passed away last December after suffering from the effects of dementia & Alzheimer's. My mother died three days later from a massive heart attack. We were blessed that while Dad could remember what had happened 5 minutes earlier, he had not lost his memory of who we were, and he had family by his side when he passed.
Alzheimer's is one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases, robbing those affected of their independence, cherished memories, and, ultimately, their lives. Since its inception in 2011, the Nantz National Alzheimer Center (NNAC) has become a world-renowned referral center, treating thousands of patients each year. I had the opportunity to share my story with Jim Nantz this summer -- something we, unfortunately, have in common in addition to our love of golf.
Please help me in this endeavor by sponsoring me for $1, $2, $5 or more per hole. This pledge is 100% tax deductible through the NCPGA Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization.
I really need and appreciate your support. Thank you in advance for making a difference.
