Dear Friends,
This year my efforts in the 100 Holes Challenge will be dedicated to the memory my dad, a WWII Navy Veteran, who passed away this year at the age of 95. He shared his love of the game of golf with me.
I have the privilege of working for the Northern California PGA Foundation coordinating PGA HOPE golf therapy programs for Veterans around the Bay Area. My dad was able to attend a PGA HOPE session at Cypress Lakes GC before he passed away and I am so glad he was able to see me at work. October is my memory month in honor of my mom who passed away 10/8, my mom & dad's anniversary on 10/10, and my dad's birthday on 10/26. My family will gather on October 26th to put their remains to rest together.
As I attempt to play 100 holes of golf on Tuesday, October 24th I will hold on to wonderful memories of playing golf with my dad, and I will also think of the courageous veterans I have met and worked with in our PGA HOPE golf clinics.
Please help me reach my goal of raising $3,000 by sponsoring me for $1, $2, $5 or more per hole. This pledge is 100% tax deductible through the NCPGA Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization.
Your support is important to me. Thank you in advance for making a difference.
